Ksenia Russian Piano Studio

Pianist Ksenia Ilinykh has been applauded by Free Times for “first class music making, complete control, and making the piano sound as orchestral as the orchestra.” She has won the Russian National Chamber Music Competition in Saint-Petersburg, Russia, and the Masters of Piano in 20th Century International Piano Competition in Kiev, Ukraine. We found each other through my blog, and she asked me to design a logo and website for her new studio.

Ksenia will be moving to Utah, a space that is saturated with musicians. She needed to set herself apart and establish a credible studio for young children.

Ksenia Russian Piano Studio embodies what it means to be a helpful, effective throughout years of growth: the three coloured triangles represent the different pieces of education coming together in the studio. The “K” formed between the three shapes hint at the help that students invariably receive, from their parents and teachers, when they will, eventually, grow into independent musicians.
